1. TURNING THE PRINTER OFF
Look for the ON/OFF button on the left side of the printer, then make sure the printer turned OFF.
2. PRINTING OUT THE DIAGNOSTICS
Locate the FEED button on the front of the printer. Hold the FEED button and the printer ON at the same time. Keep holding the button for 5 seconds.
The printer will now print 2-4 receipts, and locate the one labelled "Star IFBD-HI01X/02X". At the bottom of the receipt, look for the IP Address.

3. CONNECTING TO THE PRINTER
Find a computer and make sure you are connected to the same network as the printer. Open a browser and enter the IP Address found on the receipt.
4. LOG IN
Once the page has loaded, look for "Login" under "System Access".

5. CONFIGURE CLOUD PRINTING
Click on CloudPRNT in the left pane.
Set up the following settings:
!NEW! Server URL: https://api.weorder.com/star_printer/
6. SAVE SETTINGS
Click on Submit then "Save" at the bottom.
Then mark "Save → Configuration printing → Restart device" and click on Execute.
7. SEND THE MAC ADDRESS TO WEORDER
Copy the Mac address found at the top and send to your Weorder representative or to firstname.lastname@example.org.
